“The Flying Sausages” flew in all the way from Munich to entertain the crowds for Hong Kong Island’s only Oktoberfest. Held in our purpose built beer hall at Happy Valley Racecourse on the evenings of the 28th, 29th and 30th October 2010, guests celebrated teh very best of German culture with overflowing steins adn delcious German fare such as pork knuckles.
